For complete peace of mind, by being a contract customer, you can relax safe in the knowledge that we have a team of fully qualified, local engineers at your service.
Our maintenance contracts are designed to make sure your stairlift is working and in tip top condition. If you’ve had your stairlift installed by us, subject to your stairlifts age and condition we can offer a:
Bronze Contract which covers you for Repairs during office hours and an annual Service (so you’d pay extra for any parts and any out of office hours callouts if you needed any)
Silver Contract which covers repairs in and out of office hours, parts and an annual service.
At time of order you can also take out our Gold Contract to extend your warranty up to 5 years to include repairs, an annual service each year and parts.

Please note that our maintenance contracts are subject to our standard warranty conditions so they do cover manufacturing defects but don’t cover things like accidental damage, misuse, flat batteries or normal wear and tear. Liability under these contracts is with 1st Choice Stairlifts and they are not insurance backed.
