If you’re the type of person who doesn’t want to leave anything to chance and prefers to know their covered, then our range of Maintenance and Service Agreements could be for you.
For complete peace of mind, by being a contract customer, you can relax safe in the knowledge that we have a team of fully qualified, local engineers at your service around the clock. All you have to do is pick the phone up.
Having an Agreement in place means that it can protect you from unexpected repair bills. It is a stairlift warranty of sorts, but the difference with our contracts is that as well as being covered for labour charges and parts, we also include an annual comprehensive service check too.
The Maintenance and Service Agreements we offer
Our contracts are designed to make sure your stairlift is working and in tip top condition. They vary in price so we’ve always got something to suit your budget. If you’ve had your stairlift installed by us, subject to your stairlifts age and condition we can offer a:
Bronze Contract offers repairs during office hours and an annual Service (so you’d pay extra for any parts and any out of office hours callouts if you needed any). This is an annual contract.
Silver Contract which covers repairs in and out of office hours, parts and an annual service. This is an annual contract.
Gold Contract taken out before your initial purchase warranty runs out which extends your warranty for an additional 3 years to include repairs, an annual service each year and parts. This is a 3 year contract.
As you would expect whilst our service contracts are very comprehensive, they cover normal manufacturing defects, but not things like accidental damage, misuse, flat batteries or excessive wear and tear.
We may offer service contracts on lifts we didn’t originally install but this is subject to a paid for inspection visit to assess the condition and age of the lift.

Additionally if your stairlift is in need of a repair and doesn’t work then we have a repair service available. See our Repair page for more information.
