We initially approached you on the recommendation of a family member & wanted to let you know just how delighted we’ve been with your service and the product. We needed a stairlift fitted within a short lead time and throughout the process your communication has been excellent, with all commitments met or exceeded. Matt, Ash, Lindsey and Connie have all been a pleasure to deal with, however Jordan was simply outstanding. We were having a very busy day when he came to do the installation but he worked around the interruptions with good humour, offering to help where he could. He was polite, informative and very considerate of our needs during a stressful period for us, and we really appreciated that so much. He is a huge asset to your organisation and we’d be pleased if you’d pass on our sincere thanks. Having the stairlift installed was the deciding factor in whether Mum would be able to live at home again, so this has made a fundamental difference to her quality of life. She returned home last week and has had no trouble at all in getting to know how to operate it.
