Every home is different, and the right stairlift depends on your staircase, your needs, and what will work best for you long term. We supply and install:
• Straight stairlifts for standard staircases, often available within a few days of your survey
• Curved stairlifts with made-to-measure rails for staircases with bends, turns, or landings
• Reconditioned stairlifts for both straight and curved staircases
• Rental stairlifts for flexible short or longer-term needs
• Home lifts where a stairlift is not the right solution
• Straight stairlifts can often be installed within a few days of your free home survey, sometimes sooner
• Curved stairlifts are made to measure and typically take 3 to 5 weeks from order to installation
• If things are urgent, let us know and we will always do our best to prioritise you
If you are not sure what the right option is, the best place to start is a phone call. We will explain everything clearly, answer your questions, and help you work out what might suit your home best.
You can also arrange a free home survey. One of our surveyors will visit, measure your staircase, and give you a clear, accurate written quote. No pressure and no obligation.
If your stairlift has stopped working, getting it fixed quickly matters. We repair most makes and models across the Frome and Mendip area, including Stannah, Acorn, Handicare, Platinum, Access and Otolift, even if we did not install it.
Our engineers carry the most common parts so many repairs are completed on the first visit. Callout charges start from £145 during office hours. We will always give you a clear cost before carrying out any work. Check out our repairs page here.
British Safety Standards recommend an annual service for every stairlift. Our engineers carry out a thorough 25-point check on every visit, covering all safety features, battery condition, and mechanical components. We service most makes and models, including stairlifts we did not originally install. Check out our servicing page here.
Renting a stairlift can be a flexible option, whether you need it for a shorter period or prefer not to buy outright.
We take care of installation and ongoing support. When the stairlift is no longer needed, removal is included, so there is no worry or hassle about getting rid of it.
If a stairlift is no longer needed, we can remove it safely and efficiently.
Most removals are completed within around an hour, leaving everything safe and tidy.
Depending on the model and condition, we may be able to buy the stairlift back, or there may be a charge for removal.
