We regularly cover Andover and the surrounding areas, with engineers who live locally to you. That means we can respond quickly and you are dealing with a team who knows the area, not a company based miles away.
We have been trading for over 20 years, supporting thousands of customers, so you can feel confident you are in safe hands.
Every home and every situation is different, so the right solution depends on your staircase, your needs and what feels comfortable for you.
We supply and install:
We are independent, which means we are not tied to one manufacturer. Instead, we recommend from a range of trusted brands to find the best fit for your home and your individual needs.
If things feel urgent, just let us know and we will always do our best to prioritise you.
If you are unsure what the right option is, the best place to start is to pick up the phone and have a friendly chat with our team.
We will talk you through your options in plain English, answer your questions and help you understand what might work best for your home.
If you would rather do a bit more research first, you can read our guide on how much a stairlift costs to get a clearer idea before speaking to us.
You can also arrange a free home survey. One of our experienced surveyors will visit, measure your staircase and provide a clear, accurate quote.
There is no pressure and no obligation, just straightforward advice so you can decide in your own time. Just give us a call on 01249 814528 to arrange a visit.
If your stairlift has stopped working, getting it fixed quickly really matters.
We repair all major stairlift brands, including Stannah, Acorn, Handicare, Platinum, Access and Otolift, even if we did not install it. You do not need to go back to the original supplier.

With engineers based in Andover, we can often offer same day or next day repairs. We carry a wide range of parts on our vans, which means many issues can be fixed on the first visit.
If your stairlift is completely out of action, we will prioritise your call and make sure we get to you as quickly as possible.
Looking after your stairlift properly is just as important as choosing the right one.
We offer:
With a larger, experienced team behind us, you are not relying on just one person. That means better availability and dependable long term support.
British Safety Standards recommend an annual service for every stairlift. Our qualified engineers carry out a thorough 25-point check on every visit, testing all safety features, checking battery condition, and re-tightening any fixings that have worked loose through normal use.
We service most makes and models across Andover and the surrounding area, including stairlifts we did not originally install. If you hold one of our maintenance contracts, your annual service is included at no extra charge.
Renting a stairlift can be a flexible and cost effective option, whether you need it for a shorter period or prefer not to buy outright.
You can read more about our stairlift rental options if this is something you are considering.
We take care of the installation and ongoing support. When the stairlift is no longer needed, removal is included, so there is no worry or hassle about what happens next.
If a stairlift is no longer needed, we can safely remove it for you.
Our engineers will remove the lift carefully, make everything safe and take it away. Most removals are completed within around an hour.
Depending on the model and condition, we may be able to buy the stairlift back, or there may be a charge for removal. You can find out more about buybacks and removals here.
If you would like to see a stairlift in person, you are welcome to visit one of our showrooms.
We have showrooms in Ferndown in Dorset and Calne in Wiltshire, which is also our head office. This means you are dealing with a well established local company, not a call centre or a business based miles away. You can see our showrooms here.
If you are applying for a Disabled Facilities Grant through Test Valley Borough Council or your local authority, we can help.
We regularly work with local authorities as well as private customers across Andover, supporting both private customers and those going through the DFG process.
We can:
If you are unsure how it works, just give us a call and we will talk you through it.
