The engineer took less than ninety minutes to remove every last vestige of the stairlift. He worked quietly and efficiently and sought my advice about the removal of related hardware. Then he used his Henry vacuum cleaner to remove much dust and fluff that had hidden behind the stairlift’s track and adjacent stairs. I was able to pay for the work, at the price agreed on the ninth of May, before he left, leaving behind a clean and tidy staircase.
