Why Buy a Reconditioned Stairlift?
Many customers have bought a reconditioned stairlift from us in order to save money and they haven’t been disappointed. Because of the quality of our reconditioning process, customers often comment on how “it looks just like a brand new one, the only difference you’ll find is the price tag”. They also like the idea of recycling and reusing equipment, doing their bit for the environment.
When we choose which models to reuse, we only choose the best quality. We have a dedicated workshop engineer who puts every reconditioned stairlift through it’s paces. It takes about 4-6 hours to thoroughly check, clean and refurbish each stairlift to our high standards. We even have a purpose built test staircase to make sure all lifts are run and tested prior to re-installation. After being safety and quality checked, each lift is wrapped and packed and stored in stock, ready to be installed in your home.
We’re so confident on the quality of our lifts that each reconditioned lift comes with a 12 month guarantee, along with extended repair and servicing options for afterwards.
Our range of second hand stairlifts includes various makes and models. We will visit your home to assess your staircase and personal requirements. Our surveyor will then match your needs and advise you on what reconditioned lift(s) we have available in stock.
For straight stairlifts we will match the length of your stairs with the rails we have in stock and cut it to size. For curved stairlifts, because of the bespoke nature of every curved staircase, we will always need to have a new rail made for your stairs which we will match with a reconditioned chair and carriage from stock.
If you want to see the quality of the reconditioned stairlift that we propose for your home, feel free to visit our showroom (by appointment) and we’d be happy to get the lift out of stock to show you just how good it is.
