2000 Curved Stairlift – Key features:
- The 2000 Curved Stairlifts have a folding footrest, chair arms and chair base to fold it up when not in use, leaving space free for other stair users to pass. There’s also an optional extra Powered folding footrest to fold the footrest at a touch of a button.
- The 2000 Curved Stairlift comes with a manual swivel seat with swivel levers at the side of the chair, to turn the seat at the top of the stairs and safely get off. A Powered Swivel Seat is also available as an optional extra.
- The seat has wipe clean upholstery available in six fabric colours: cocoa, ruby, sand, sapphire, slate, jade.
- The easy-to-use joystick paddle style control operates the lift and is situated at the end of the chair arm, leaving the armrests clear to support you getting in and out of the stairlift.
- The track can travel around the internal or external radius (wall or banister side) of the stairs and can negotiate 90 and 180 degree bends, parking bends and overruns.
- The track has charge points at the top and the bottom of the track to park and charge it. As an extra feature you can have an intermediate charge point fitted to park it in an alternative position on the track.
- A diagnostic display shows its status, so if a problem should occur it can be easily resolved.
- The 2000 Curved Stairlift is battery operated so it works even in the event of a power cut.
- Remote controls are at top and bottom of the stairs to bring it to you whenever you need it.
- Safety edges can be found a around the footplate and carriage, so it automatically stops if it meets an obstruction on the stairs
- There’s a unique retractable safety belt to secure you in the seat when in travel.
