When buying a product or service from our stairlift company what can you expect?

We want to share a story that still reflects our values today, even though it goes back to 2004 when we started our stairlift company.

We visited a gentleman who had a breakdown on his lift.  Geoff was a businessman, a family man and one of the loveliest people you could wish to meet.  Geoff was in his 50’s and he sadly had terminal cancer.  He shared his home with his family and his mum lived with them too.  The lift was originally for his mother but following his illness he was using it too.  It was now an obsolete model and proving unreliable.  He needed to replace it and called us in to do the job.

He only contacted us and was happy to buy from us – why?

Because with not long left to live, he wanted to make sure he had a stairlift company that he could trust implicitly to look after his mum after he was gone, giving him total peace of mind.  Geoff sadly passed away around 5 months after it was fitted, but staying true to our word, we looked after his mum and her lift for around 10 years until she passed away.
