A twenty three year old system, it was too old to be redeployed but the company was able to arrange its removal. On top of our standard 12 month warranty which covers parts and labour, we also offer our unique support packages to provide comprehensive maintenance long after the initial warranty runs out. We have a team of local engineers on hand to keep your stairlift in prime working condition, so if there were a problem we’ll send an engineer straight out to you to minimise any downtime and the inconvenience that could cause.

They can usually answer any questions you might have there and then, arrange a time for you to visit our showroom or book a home visit. Most surveys take less than an hour and there is no obligation to buy. Our surveyors are highly qualified stair lift advisors, so they are experienced with a wide range of models and can advise on which one best suits your specific requirements and any limitations which may be imposed by your staircase.
