All rental lifts are fully covered for the duration of the rental and includes servicing
Whilst our maintenance and service contracts are very comprehensive and cover normal manufacturing defects, they do not include accidental damage, misuse, flat batteries or excessive wear and tear.
We may offer service contracts on lifts we didn’t originally install but this is subject to a paid for inspection visit to assess the condition and age of the lift.
We also offer agreements on home lifts and through-floor lifts too, just call our aftercare team for a friendly chat to find out more.
Will you still look after my lift if I don’t have an agreement in place?
Yes. We offer a “pay as you go” option where you can book a visit if your product is in need of a repair, parts or a routine service. This is booked with us on an ad hoc basis.
