Our easy process

Our Easy Process video text version:

Colin (Director): “We want to make sure we’ve got the right advisors going in, giving the right advice to suit the client. They’re all trained to do the right thing when they go into the client’s house, to take all the correct measurements. That makes it a little bit easier for us as well when we’re doing the quotation.”

Cindy (customer): “The best thing was they came here to my home, that was marvellous, and they assessed what I would need, they showed me a wonderful range, I was able to see all the different products, and it seemed as if they really knew what I needed and I felt very reassured by that.”

Colin: “We still want to go out and give that personal service whether it’s a straight or curved staircase, anything like that we want to go out and give the client the right assessment, the right application, everything for the stairs, and the right price. Once we’ve quoted a price we stick by that price as well.”

Cindy: “Once I’d decided which model I wanted I went along to the showroom and I saw them there and I was able to try it out, it was perfect. It seemed very easy to use, and they all showed me and I met the whole team and they were really, really nice. They said just arrange a convenient time for us to come and call and the girl from the office phoned and said they were coming and they arrived absolutely when they said they would. The fitter was a really nice young man.”

Cindy: “He explained everything to me. He sat me on the chair, got me belted-up. He showed me all the controls and we had a run together, it was really good. He showed me all the safety features and I felt absolutely reassured about the whole thing, because it is a bit nerve racking and you’re not sure that you’ll ever learn how to drive it, but he took me through it point by point beautifully.”

Cindy: “They were really, really, very kind, very careful, very courteous and I wouldn’t know they’d been here except I’ve got this wonderful stairlift and freedom to get up and down my own house.”
