Introducing our engineers

Our engineers are responsible for all technical aspects of our products including installation, servicing, repairs, removals, workshop preparation, and reconditioning. All our engineers are either NVQ qualified or working towards this qualification.

Here’s why they love coming to work everyday:

“I love doing this job it’s the best job that I’ve ever had.  Travelling somewhere different every day, meeting our customers and installing their lifts to make their lives so much easier is a huge motivation and gives great job satisfaction,” says Ian.

“During each day there is so much variation, so many different types of staircases and different products to suit each individual customer.  I enjoy the challenge of installing every lift to our high quality standards and making sure each job is a job well done and that the customer is happy with their new stairlift,” says Luke.

“I had a customer recently who hadn’t been upstairs in three years. When doing the handover demonstration I took her upstairs on the stairlift and she was so excited about being upstairs that when she reached the top she shot off the chair to wander about upstairs before I’d finished my demo. I had to call her back so I could finish showing her how it worked! A stairlift really does change people’s lives,” says Jason.
