1st Choice Stairlifts is a great place to work – in fact it’s the best job I’ve ever had. We pride ourselves on having friendly, honest and professional relationships with all our customers, and it shows in the feedback we get from them.

For me, it’s nice to be working for a company that helps people – that keeps them feeling young and active. We get lots of enquiries from people who are a bit nervous about having a stairlift. I think people feel embarrassed and don’t want to be defeated or considered disabled when they have a stairlift fitted - but that’s not true! I talk to customers every day who say that their stairlift has given them a new lease of life and the ability to enjoy their house again.

The team here at 1st Choice are fantastic – really friendly, good at working together and a great laugh. Between us, we have lots of experience of stairlifts, and which are best suited to individual needs and properties. Whatever the question from the customer, you can bet that we’ll know the answer!
