I suffer from MS so sometimes I have good days and sometimes I have bad days. My life is the same as anyone else’s I guess, I go to college, listen to music, hang-out with friends, just enjoy myself really.

To help me get up and downstairs on the bad days I had a stairlift installed. To be honest I wasn’t keen at first. I thought it would be a horrible big, bulky thing that took up the whole stairs and would just look old-fashioned.

Anyway, to my surprise it wasn’t like anything I imagined – in a good way though. It’s actually quite modern and stylish and really slimline – I was very impressed.

My friends give me stick for having it but they are always the first ones in the queue for a ride up the stairs. We do have a joke about it, but my friends know that my bad days now aren’t as bad as they used to be, thanks to my stairlift from 1st Choice Stairlifts.
