1Care Service Agreement
Each 1Care Service Agreement includes an annual service visit, recommended by British Safety Standards, where we’ll complete a 24-point safety check on your stairlift to ensure it performs well and is in safe working order.
Should you experience any problems, we are only a telephone call away, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our friendly aftercare team are on hand to help resolve any problems you may have during office hours. Out of office hours you will have direct access to our emergency engineer. If we are unable to resolve the problem immediately over the telephone, our qualified engineer will visit to repair your stairlift and restore it to good working order as quickly as possible.
