By becoming a 1Care customer, you can relax safe in the knowledge that we have a team of local engineers on hand to keep your stairlift in prime working condition.

When you buy one of our stairlifts you have the assurance and peace of mind that it comes with a comprehensive warranty covering all manufacturing defects. We also have a team of local expert engineers on hand to respond when you need us. During office hours our aftercare department are here to help with any problems you may experience. Out of office hours our engineers are on call to help you with any issues.

Stairlift repairs

Our engineers are trained on over 40 different stairlift makes and models dating back over the past 20 years, so in addition to the wide range of stairlift products we sell, we are also able to provide stairlift repair services on a variety of other models too.
