1ST CHOICE FOR WEST WILTS SHOW
Trowbridge saw an influx of visitors from across the county for the West Wiltshire Show held on 26-28 July 2007.
The show was very successful for organisers Wessex Chambers of Commerce and saw thousands of people enjoying the fun of the fair despite the show starting with rain storms. A record number of exhibitiors took up stands this year in the marquees around the showground.
1st Choice Stairlifts were there showing one of our stairlifts, as well as holding a prize draw to “Name the teddy”.
Said Director Coral Affleck, “We had lots of people visiting the show and coming onto our stand to enter our competition and find out more about our stairlifts. Some of the visitors were our existing customers who made a point of coming onto the stand to say what a great job we did in fitting their stairlift and how pleased they were with our service which is always great to hear.”
Children (and some adults) visiting the show had a great time entering the competition to win the teddy. From the hundreds on entries Lucy Jones, aged 9, from Trowbridge was chosen at random as winner and took home the teddy.
