STAIRLIFT RECORD?
In May 2006, Mrs Stevens from Blunsdon contacted us to enquire about having a stairlift fitted in her home after great misfortune rendered her legs paralysed.
Following our visit, Mrs Stevens ordered and had her first stairlift installed in May – a curved stairlift on the main flight of stairs in her house which enabled her to move freely between floors.
Mrs Stevens was so delighted with her first stairlift and the service she received from us, she had a second stairlift installed to overcome the steps in her split level living area in September 2006.
In December 2006, she had her third stairlift installed at her second “holiday” home enabling her to once again have the full use of her holiday retreat and enjoy the freedom of the whole house.
Installing three stairlifts for the same customer may be some kind of stairlift record but it is also a great testament to the quality products and excellent customer care that we offer clients.
