STAIRLIFT ENGINEER VACANCY
1st Choice Stairlifts urgently require Stairlift Engineer to join our successful team.
The ideal candidate should either be a qualified stairlift engineer, already trained and experienced on the installation, servicing and repair of stairlifts or someone with a sound electrical engineering background.
An NVQ Level 2 in Stairlift installation, service and maintenance is desirable, although not essential as this qualification is offered as part of our training programme for the right candidate. 17th Edition would also be desirable.
As we specialise in a wide range of stairlift products full on-the-job training will be provided together with training from the manufacturers which you will be required to attend.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer care skills, provide a high standard of workmanship and hold a full UK driving licence. The ideal candidate should be based in Wiltshire, Swindon, Bristol, Bath or South Gloucestershire.
A company vehicle will be provided, together with tools and mobile telephone. Normal working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. You will also be required to be flexible and take part in the on-call rota for emergency out-of-hours breakdowns (evenings, weekends and public holidays).
