VACANCY - AFTERSALES CO-ORDINATOR

1st Choice Stairlifts are expanding and now urgently require an Aftersales Co-ordinator to join our successful team. 

The job role involves responding to customer enquiries for repairs and servicing and liaising with our team of engineers. 

Candidates should have a minimum of GCSE Grade C English or equivalent, be computer literate, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.     

Normal working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm based at our office in Calne.
