Our Easy Proccess
We operate a simple and easy process to meeting your stairlift requirements
- Assessment - first we assess your requirements with a home-visit by one of our friendly and qualified team who will explain how stairlifts work and discuss the options that are best suited to your needs. You can feel completely safe in having one of our advisors in your home as we don’t employ sales people who pressure you, just friendly home advisors who adhere to the British Healthcare Trades Association Code of Practice code of ethics to protect you.
- Measurement - next we measure your stairs to determine the best specification to suit your needs. We take into account the number of steps, the layout of the stairs and height requirements.
- Ordering - once chosen, you can confirm your order to us in writing by completing our order form and posting it to us with your cheque. Or, you can call in person to our showroom, where our friendly staff will assist you. Our courteous staff will then contact you as quickly as possible to arrange an installation date.
- Installation - your stairlift will then be installed by one of our fully-qualified fitters, this normally takes around two hours for a basic model and five hours for more complicated stairlifts. Once tested and ready, our fitter will show you how to use the stairlift and make sure that it is comfortable and meets your needs exactly.
- Maintenance - the service doesn’t stop once your stairlift is installed. We look after your stairlift for as long as you need it and provide maintenance and servicing to keep your stairlift in prime working condition. A standard warranty is usually 12 months which can be extended up to 5 years if you wish (see our 1Care Service details).
