Through our 1Care service agreements, we offer the comfort and reassurance that comes with knowing help is just a phone call away.

Caring for Your Stairlift

By becoming a 1Care customer you can relax, safe in the knowledge that we have a team of local engineers on hand to keep your stairlift in prime working condition. We have a range of hassle-free service agreements to choose from, and to suit your budget.

Complete Peace of Mind

Each 1Care service agreement includes an annual service visit (which is recommended by manufacturers) where we will complete a 24-point safety check on your stairlift to ensure it performs well and is in safe working order.

Should you experience any problems, we are only a telephone call away. We operate a 24-hour emergency helpline with direct access to our engineer. If we are unable to resolve the problem immediately over the telephone, our fully-trained engineer will visit to repair your stairlift.
